The employees at registration were the best. I stay here at least 3-4 times a month. The girls are amazing. Shantel gives the best customer service I think I’ve ever had. She always makes me feel at home. You have a diamond right there. Definitely management material.

The property was extremely nice and well-kept. The front desk let us choose which floor we wanted our room on and our ideal view, even when we checked in late, which was a very kind touch. Everyone was extremely friendly. We indulged on a margarita pizza in one of the restaurants and it was divine. The shirley temple was good as well and had a lot of grenadine which made me happy. The building is the tallest on the West Coast, and the views were unbeatable. Although we had a short stay at the hotel, it was incredible and we would have no hesitation to stay there again in the future.

- Hotel is clean, rooms are clean and good. - View from lobby's 70th floor is amazing also rooms are located on high floors so room views are also fascinating. - Location is good if you have courage to use LA subway...

We did not like the hotel. The check-in is on the 50th floor, and it is difficult to find your way around the hotel. To get to the rooms you must go down to the 32nd floor in order to go through the elevators and get to your room. In the past we were at the Intercontinental which was located in a completely different place and we were very disappointed when we discovered this hotel.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room with fantastic view on LA and surroundings. Very good location in downtown, easy to park underneath the hotel, friendly personnel everywhere we were: valet service, reception, pool surveillance, housekeeping.... Price ok

My favorite part was the staff. I was surprising my boyfriend and she helped me organize and make it beautiful. I forgot her name but she worked the front desk. The hotel is beautiful.
